What are the spaces available?We have the Lifestyle Space and the Studio. The Lifestyle Space can accommodate around 50 pax. The Studio can accommodate another 30 pax. Please refer to the layout below.

What is the payment & deposit policy?To confirm and secure your slot, we kindly request that you pay a 50% booking deposit. You can pay the remainder at the day of the event. We don't ask for an additional security deposit, unlike other venue spaces.

Is there a cleaning fees?Yes, there is a $70 cleaning fees. We kindly ask that you help us maintain our space by cleaning up any decorations and disposing of any trash in the designated green bin outside. If the condition of the venue is in an unreasonable state after your event, there will be additional cleaning fees.

What is the cancellation & postponement policy?15 days or more before the event date: • 50% refund for the booking deposit. • 50% refund of all additional addons (Services) 0 to 14 days before the event date: • 0% refund of the booking deposit. • 0% refund of all additional addons (Services) For postponement, here are the additional charges. Based on availability. Only 1 postponement is allowed. • Additional 25% of the booking deposit if done more than 7 days before the original event date. • Additional 50% of the booking deposit if done less than 7 days before the original event date. • Additional 100% of the booking deposit if done less than 48 hours before the original event date.

Do you have additional tables and chairs?At the venue, you will find additional 25 foldable chairs and 3 foldable tables that are available for your use, free of charge.

Can I come earlier to setup? How about early catering and deliveries?Yes, we allow our customers to come 30 minutes before their booking time to set up decorations and food catering. Any earlier deliveries of props and equipment will depend on the our venue and manpower availabilities.

What are the house rules?1. Please observe any signs on the premises. 2. Please keep all activity within the rental space. Do not enter any out-of-bounds rooms, such as the staff, editing, mezzanine, and equipment rooms. 3. Corridor spaces are considered public areas. 4. The Hirer can set up 30 minutes before the booking time. Teardown is to be completed within your booking slot. 5. Please treat all facilities with care. Any damaged or missing items will be subject to replacement fees based on their value. 6. Props and decorations on the premises are allowed. However, do not use mounting tape, nails, glue, or adhesive that will cause permanent damage to surfaces when removed. Blu Tack is allowed. Decorations outside the premises are prohibited. Any damaged surfaces may be subject to replacement or restoration fees. 7. Do not tamper with the switches or disconnect/connect equipment. Kindly provide information about any other equipment to be deployed to pre-empt possible overload to the unit’s power supply. 8. Smoking or using shisha or e-cigarettes within the premises is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are located within the units. 9. Sexual and illegal activity, excessively loud music, or violent behaviour are prohibited. 10. All kitchenware must be cleaned & properly kept after use. 11. Unless prior approval is obtained, all items are strictly not to be used for any other purpose than originally intended. The Owner will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries resulting from improper use. The Owner reserves the right to replace any damaged items if they are not serviceable or missing. 12. Any damages on the building’s interior or exterior will be liable for repair fees. 13. Housekeeping is required before leaving to return the premises in good condition as follows: - All moved furniture returned to its original position. - Clean up any liquid spills, food & litter. - No lasting stains, damage or odour left on the premises or furnishings. - Any props/decorations for the booking should be removed and disposed of. - All rubbish must be bagged and disposed of in the disposal area by the lift lobby. 14. The Owner reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees to return the unit to its default condition. Some common examples are as follows: - Removal of confetti at height. - Stains on Fabric/Upholstery - Deodorising 15. Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises, except for guide dogs. Any damages caused by pets will be charged. 16. Please check that all belongings are taken with you.
